Hi everyone ^^ its been awhile since I posted. Sorry about that I was busy then saw Miri was doing such a good job, besides she kept beating me to it.
But I’m getting sidetracked. This post is supposed to be about an event our guild has decided to put on an event. ^^ As the title implies we will be running Glowing Gargoyle dungeon. Not only that but we will run the event weekly until further notice. Every Saturday on Channel 5. The time currently seems best between 8-11 pm pst, but if we have requests for another time we might be willinging to move it. For now sign ups for the event will be done by noting me in game. Since there are only 8 slots in a party and we will be doing one run a week some people might have to wait until a following week. We will decide who gets into the party the following way Guildies->Guildie friends->Anyone else. Although we will also be keeping in mind who signed up first and who has need of the run.

Strategy Video Contest
Hail, Mabinogians!
To participate, use the YouTube video reply function on only the video below (direct link here). The Mabinogi staff has provided an example of how to perform the “Ice Counter.” Feel free to take advantage of the YouTube “annotations editor” feature so that you may make notes regarding important points in your strategy video.
We strongly suggest players use the in-game recording function, but if you prefer another method of recording, you will not be penalized or disqualified.
Give a brief description of your video in the video information window and be sure to include your main character’s name and server.
This event will run between July 29th and August 12th.
Some of you are already reaching into various Dan ranks, improving your disciplines, and refining your abilities. How do you make use of such powerful abilities? Anyone can windmill, but it takes a true warrior with finesse to perfect it– to utilize it in a strategic fashion. Are you willing to share your secrets with the rest of the Mabinogi population? What tricks do you have up your sleeve when you find yourself in the middle of a trap in the dank and musty Rundal dungeon? Do you use a pet to draw attention away from yourself while you wind up a killer magic attack? Maybe you have a special way of catching fish! Are there any cooking recipes you find that allow you to speed up your training method?
Become the Mabinogi community’s very own Ranald! Pass on your knowledge to other players for a chance to win a figurine of Nao dressed in her adventuring outfit! We will choose seven of our favorite videos and send each of those winners an Adventure Nao figurine!

Its that time again for nexon to give the option for those who are rebirthing to get a different style of clothes.
This year the outfits being received are made for trips to the beach. Would be perfect for attending a beach party!

Aloha Summer Character Cards are coming to the Premium Shop!

With the summer getting into full-swing, it’s time to get your character dressed for the occasion!
Aloha Character Cards will soon be in the Premium Shop for your tropical enjoyment! Dress your Human, Elf, or Giant up in a nice tropical button-up shirt, shorts, and a pair of sandals. A wide variety of prints are available, so customize your character to find the shirt and shorts you like best!

Premium Looks on Free Basic Cards!
Mabinogians!
We are pleased to announce a new feature for beginning and current users of Mabinogi. Now, when creating a new account, your free character card will be allowed to choose premium looks for free! It works for Humans, Elves, and Giants, but it will not be allowed with Elf or Giant Assistant cards. Red Ochre hair with a Short Wolf Cut? Free! Honest eyes with a Carmine Red tint? Completely free! Faint Kitty Lips? No prob, completely free!

For all of you who are getting tired of the same old pets here’s one that should be fun. With the mimics you have a pet you can hide inside and it also helps decorate your house with fun statues ^_^. Ofc I’m one of those people who can’t seem to get enough pets….1.I’m always wanting more space for clothes and other items, and 2. pets are soo cute! I can’t wait ^^

The Mimics are coming! The Mimics are coming!
Mimics are getting ready to elevate their status over their current “annoying dungeon monster.” The Antique and Wooden mimics are on their way to Mabinogi and we’re going to tell you all about them!
He’s much more affordable than his jeweled cousin, the Antique Mimic. As such, the Wooden Mimic’s statistics are similar to that of White Flame Spiders, Golden Retrievers, and Bluebirds. Being a storage chest has its perks; the Wooden Mimic has an inventory size of 6×6. A large inventory size isn’t the only thing going for this little guy. He allows his owner to hop inside and protects his master by sacrificing his own HP! What a brave little guy! Simply use the ‘mount’ option to hop inside your mimic.
Finally, one of the most interesting abilities available to mimics is the ability to swallow a severely damaged monster and turn it into a trophy statue for your keeping! These statues are functioning decoration options for housing, so be sure to have your mimic at the ready for those rare occasions when a monster is vulnerable to being eaten. Your diligence will be shown as you place your new prize in your house! So much for taxidermy…
Next we have the Antique Mimic. Just by looking at his stature, we can see that he’s quite the fellow, adorned with a rich purple coat and golden filigree, ridges, and hinges.
They’re a bit stronger than their Wooden cousins. Not quite as strong as bears, they can still pack a punch on an unsuspecting monster. Antique Mimics are noticeably larger than Wooden Mimics. As such, their inventory space is significantly larger, 6×9. The larger size also allows for the accommodation of two extra party members to hide inside. The stoicly faithful Antique Mimic will shield those inside from attacks.
Of course, like its cousin, the Wooden Mimic, the Antique Mimic can also swallow severely injured monsters, turning them into statues. You can choose the type of state to produce by outfitting the mimic’s inventory with a certain kind of metallic plate. Nothing in the inventory will produce a cement statue, while gold plates will produce a golden statue.

Mimics are fun little pets. They come in two different flavors. First, we have your basic, run-of-the-mill mimic, the Wooden Mimic. This little guy looks just like the mimics you saw when clearing Alby dungeon for the first time.

First they had an event for the drawing/photoshop artists. Now they have an event focusing on the directors of the game. Here is an event for those of you who like to put together films. ^^ Wonder which store/shop in the game will be getting the most advertisement from this event…..Can’t wait to see what people come up with!

Mabinogi Commericals: and now a word from our sponsors!
Ever wonder what commercials would sound like in the world of Mabinogi? What exactly is Osla’s marketing plan? Does age come with experience in with Glenis being the Dunbarton town grocer? How in the name of Morrighan is Ferghus still in business? Every business needs to advertise, and we want you Mabinogians to flex your creative muscle and show us some videos featuring the various shops of the Mabinogi vendors. Pitch their wares to us! Why should we buy from Atrata? Does the quality in Zeder’s goods make up for his attitude? Be creative, and have fun!
Entries should be between fifteen seconds to one minute long. This event will run from May 21st to June 4th.
Ten of our favorites will be favorited and combined into a playlist over on our very own Mabinogi channel at YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/mabinogi)! While you’re at it, subscribe to our channel and become friends! More events and Mabinogi videos will be released into our YouTube channel, so make sure to keep yourself up to date!
In addition to being featured in the Mabinogi YouTube Channel, commercial winners will also receive all three of the new pets just released today! That’s a Clover Pig, a Clover Gnu, and an Afghan Hound, all included for winners.

Ferghus, the friendly and gentle blacksmith of Tir Chonaill is under constant scorn from adventuerers of all types. Despite all his good intentions and charm, his hand is shakier than the bough of a tree during a windstorm and yet he still manages to keep his smithing business afloat. Well, Mabinogians, it’s time for you to exact your righteous vengeance against Ferghus and his clumsy butter fingers. Your job is to turn Ferghus’s portrait below into a goofy interpretation of your frustrations. Be creative! Be unique! Most importantly, have fun! Post your entries in this thread.We will choose 30 of our favorite “jobs” and reward those users with 5 Soldier Gachapon!

Hey everyone ^ ^ Sorry, I’m a little behind on posting this event. If nothing else this is a great event to help build up your ego weapon, which I have been busy doing all weekend and plan on continuing to do as long as I can. ♥ Also, a lot of people seem to be having fun making shapes and words with expired chests and taking screenshots. ^ ^ Have fun everyone!

Treasure Box Event!
April 30th ~ May 6th
All across Uladh and Iria, monsters have begun dropping odd treasure chests. What is a treasure chest without a key? Open a treasure chest with a key for a chance to obtain rare items within! Two different chests can drop, an Ordinary Chest and a Premium Chest. Only Ordinary Keys can open Ordinary Chests, but Premium Keys can open both Ordinary and Premium Chests. Premium Keys also have the virtue of added reward: two items come from a chest instead of just one! Premium Keys may be purchased in the in-game Item Shop.
Take caution; some treasure chests have been used to seal away evil creatures, so be on your guard when you unlock your chests! It’s a sure fire way for a potential prize to become a surprise! Check out the images below for some of the rewards!

Mabinogi Fishing Contest Begins!
Ahoy, m’hearty Mabinogians!
Get those fishing poles repaired and stock up on bait cans! It’s time to see who can catch the biggest fish. The top three anglers on each server from Thursday, April 23rd to Monday, April 27th will have a chance to win up to 40,000 NX! Don’t give up fishing yet, because we’ll be tallying for another chance to win up to 40,000 NX on Thursday, April 30th!
